Frank Cullota: I was at the Rainbow Bar in West Hollywood the other night and ran into Justin Bieber. I guess his bodyguard knew me and told Justin who I was, because the next thing I knew was they where calling me over too there car, because he wanted too meet me. He is a nice young man. And believe me I had know idea TMZ where filming it, until the following day. We talked about the movie Casino and what part I was in, plus my passed life as a gangster. lol.
